Gaise Brunch & Bistro Pik

We found a newish palace in PIK! GAISE Brunch & Bistro is celebrating their 3rd anniversary and we loved our visit. From the food to service and ambience, everything was perfect that we couldn't help hut nod our heads few times while consuming their F&B. We ordered the beer battered fish & chips and it was fresh, crispy and generous (one of the biggest non-dory fish fillet we've seen in Indonesia). The Nashville bagel was the same, so big that immediately upon arrival I wondered how I was going to finish (I did of course lol). The thigh chicken was juicy and very very saucy with spicy BBQ. The buttered toasted bagel was crunchy yet chewy, it was good on its own. For drinks we had black Sesame Matcha which was smooth and sweet when mixed properly. Mont blanc americano was great, yuzu cream really delivered and refreshing. We will be back soon to try other dishes, which they have plenty of = crazy extensive food & drinks menu including alcohol. Oh they're pet friendly too

Coming to our favorite Brunch cafe in PIK. Their food is always amazing. My all time favorite is their Chicken Maryland. The chicken was cooked to perfection. My friend ordered their Tiger Prawn Aglio Olio. The taste is also good. Not to mention the service from their waiters is the best. Kudos to Ms. Luluh who is very helpful! They would happily recommend any menu you should try. This place is also pet friendly and a very nice place to hangout. All the best, Cheers

The food definitely delicious and the ambience is good for enjoy the brunch & dine. The french toast with Berry compote and Pork Ribs are tasty. I order pulled pork quesadilla, ham & egg bagel, carbonara pasta, calamari, banana puding matcha & provence and Florence premium tea are great Will come back soon

All Just Perfect. Good Food, With Good Portion, Nice presentation. All the service staf was very nice and they really love pet. Nice and Comfy atmosphere for both pawrents and their pawkids. Will comeback again for sure.

Good selection for menu. Pork variant is available. Quality of food is awesome. Best of all its pet friendly indoors and they have pet menu. Fantastic. Very friendly staff even to our doggos......perfect place to hang out with your furbabies....

Always something new to try with each visit. Oysters always fresh, one serving is never enough. Picanha cooked to perfection, honestly gravy was never needed as the cut shine on its own. Crab omelette was generous with crab chunks, salad had the perfect zing. And the mushroom soup, superb flavor as my son put it, very mushroomy! Definitely a gem to visit from time to time.

Great Food & Beer, with Room to Improve Gaise delivers some really memorable dishes. The Breman beer is outstanding — smooth, rich, and full of character, easily one of the highlights of the meal. The shoyu spaghetti is well executed, perfectly seasoned, and comforting without being heavy. The chicken is also done right — crispy, juicy, and paired nicely with the sides. Service deserves special praise. The staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to help, making the dining experience feel warm and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests. That said, the overall experience could be even better with some improvement in general cleanliness around the store. A bit more attention to this detail would really elevate the space and match the quality of the food and service. Overall, a solid spot with great flavors and excellent service — definitely worth visiting, especially for the beer and pasta.
